"My Account Representative, Francisco Alonso visited with my family on short notice ... as I was in need of new carpet, for the upcoming holiday season. He provided the necessary quotes, which I reviewed, along with other competing bids. Within a few days I made a final decision, to award the job to Carpet Giant. They were not the most cost effective, but certainly affordable, most definitely professional and thorough throughout the entire process. This was a few years ago and my carpet is still beautiful and plush. There’s no question that I will reach out to Francisco Alonso again, when it’s time to entertain new flooring for my home. Carpet Giant does an amazing job and provides a top-rated experience for the customer! I’d recommend to anyone in need of professional flooring. Felica M."

"Completely professional, did great work, honest people. Found my go-to carpet and floor company."

"They did an excellent job on carpeting my staircase. They also offered a lot of helpful advice. I will definitely be using them again"

"I called maybe 20 providers who found reasons not to do it, until Mr. Halfon asked to send him a picture of the misplaced tiles. We agree fast on the phone and one of his men came to my house after only 2 days to do the work. He was efficient and very hard working. He even agree to go and buy grout to perfectly match the original colour. My floor looks perfect. In general, dealing with this company was very easy, faster than I expected and reasonable priced."

"Quentin was very responsive and did an amazing job on our carpet. He even followed up to ensure the carpet was perfect. I would definitely recommend him to others. Great job Quentin!!! Thank you."

"Mr. Basel and his team has been amazing to work with. Very professional, efficient, and quick in getting the job done. Great quality of work and price was good compared to others; They were the most reasonably priced with the highest customer rating. They replaced my carpets with hardwood flooring in the 2nd floor of our house including the stairs. The floors are beautifully done and we appreciate the attention to details. They cleaned all over when they finish. I highly recommend them."

"Exceptional service and Outstanding skills. I called Carlos to redo/repair a botched job done by another company on my wood flooring. He was very responsive and professional, performed an inspection and said he could do the job, gave me a fair price, and explained to me everything the previous company did wrong and what he would do to fix it. I was justifiably skeptical but trusted him to do the work. Carlos completed the job in 1 and 1/2 days; he was clean and quiet, protected everything from the dust and cleaned up when he was done. He kept me informed throughout the process. The finished product was Superb! The re-staining he did was a perfect match to the rest of the floor. I didn't think my floor could be saved but his craftsmanship is unmatched, and I couldn't be happier! If you need work done on your wood flooring call Carlos first, you'll be glad you did."

"Before using this company, we were considering a full service flooring installation that have their own flooring material. But due to the high costs, we found it more economical to buy the flooring materials ourselves at a nearby floor and decor and have someone install that flooring. This company took my flooring materials and got started straight away. The quality of the installation is excellent. I would choose them again if I had another floor project."

"Mike was great to work with- was knowledgeable and helpful choosing the right carpet. No pressure to make a sale. Installation was done on time, and done well. I spoke with a total of four carpet companies, and only seriously considered MCD. Highly recommend this team. Dawn E"
