The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

After visiting his showroom and choosing some options, HE MADE A PERSONAL VISIT TO OUR HOME TO HELP US DECIDE ON THE DECOR WE WERE TRYING TO ACHIEVE. He brought samples and he used his expertise and great taste in helping us to decide the perfect size plank of our hardwood floors and stain and the color of carpeting that would fit our needs, in addition to bringing samples of the latest textures and colors. "The installation went okay. I was not very happy that they dumped some cement on my lawn and it did kill parts of the lawn. The lawn 6 months later is still dead. Enrique the guy who did the estimate did not make me aware that the people doing the work could not speak English. I thought he would be doing the work and they should make their customers more aware. The price was just average. The floor did come out great."
