They made sure that my wife and I were informed of each step of the project and showed up early and at the promised time. They cleaned up after each day and made sure to communicate with us each day. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet.
