"We had used Taozen earlier this year after we bought a house that required the floors to be refinished. I was really pleased with the quality of the work and responsiveness. I am writing another review as I found myself in a pickle after realizing that we had unfinished hardwood floor that had been installed as part of remodeling one of the closets in the master bedroom. I called Tao because the work needed to be done urgently since we moving into the house in two days. Tao promptly went to the house to take a look and had this crew come the next day to sand and stain the floor! In addition, they also installed a piece of hardwood to fill a gap that had been created between the master bath and the bedroom because of the remodeling. "I use a wheel chair & the solid wheels removed all the finish on our 1st Floor 4â Red Oak floors. We also had some pet urine stains on the floors in one room. Bill and his crew were able to remove the wheel marks and pet stains and the floors look brand new. Bill knows his craft. Weâ re very happy with the results !"

"I have a 125 yr old victorian with inlaid fur, maple, and oak woods. I never knew that until Wu pointed it out. Wu had to rip up a portion of my floor because over the years it was sloping quite a bit on one end. He ripped up the slopping floor, shimmed the underneath properly, installed plywood and then paper before he put the floor back down. He was able to reuse most of the boards to maintain the same color and tone of the original floor. He then sanded and polyurethaned the entire house including 2 sets of stairs. He started and ended on time. Hard working crew."
