They were professional, fast, the team never stopped working. They even fixed some issues with the prior contractors installation in a hallway. Easy to work with, very reasonable prices. The major companies that you see on television, the ones with the cute memorable jingles, wouldn't sell me or install the pad unless I bought carpet. Furthermore, the ones I talked to don't sell Karastan. Luis Carpeting came promptly and Mr Perez and his crew of two knocked out 7 rug pads in less than an hour and a half for a very reasonable price. They were friendly not familiar. Professional, but not personal. They are small business. Please patronize them and recommend them to your friends and does alike."
