The price was very reasonable, and it was easy to communicate with Javier. We were told what time the crew would arrive and how long it would take to complete the work. After the flooring was installed, the crew cleaned up and didn't leave a mess on the floor. they are very friendly and nice. They installed flooring in another house that we had and because they do GREAT work we had them do our house. I HIGHLY recommend Monteros Hardwood Flooring."

Long story short, having a 25 year old carpet floor with 2 cats and a dog was absolutely disgusting. Arturo asked me basic questions regarding the square footage, amount of flooring material available, and even came over to provide free measurements prior to the major project. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
