The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."

We called Ken and two days later he met with us and provided a measurement and an on the spot estimate. He was more reasonably priced than local competitors and within our 45 minute conversation with him we knew he had the experience to do the job right. Ken and his team were in within a week. They were very professional and incredibly helpful. We were on a tight schedule and the team worked non-stop and late nights to get the job done on time. The team sanded down the bevel of our pre-finished existing hardwood floors and laced them in with the new hardwood that they installed in the kitchen, pantry and dining room.
