Every room in my house was refinished or new woods laid. Two teams came in to do my work - first the team that removed and hauled away the old carpet/pad, prepped the floor and laid the new woods, and the second team sanded, prepped and sealed the floors and installed new baseboard/quarter rounds. Every single person I interacted with was customer service oriented, knowledgeable about their aspect of the work, courteous and willing to answer many questions. There was minimal dust and they took great care to cover all artwork or other household items I could not remove. "I had spilled bleach in ~10 two-inch spots. Brandon arrived near the beginning of his one-hour window. The carpet was multi color but he was able to do a great color correction. At worst it looked like a recently vacuumed or high traffic area. He was courteous, professional, and was able to finish the job in ~3 hours. Evidently it cost a bit more because it was a multi-color carpet, but that's the breaks. I highly recommend his service and from what I've read about color correction, not many people can consistently do it well, but Brandon did a great job."
