"Concept Flooring knocked our socks off with our staircase project. We had all the carpet in our home replaced with LVP before we moved in but did not get the stairs done because of dry times. Fast forward 3 years and the carpet on the stairs was in rough shape. Concept Flooring pulled up the carpet, removed every tack strip, staple and nail flawlessly, sanded, stained, added wood flooring on our landings and clean risers in two days. They used a faster drying poly which was super helpful so we can still use both floors after 1-2 hours of dry time. They did an incredible job of color matching the existing flooring. The crew was incredibly neat. They cleaned up as they went and you wouldn't know there was any dust involved in the project after they left for the day. My husband cannot stop talking about how good it looks. I repeat, my husband cannot stop talking about the stairs. He doesn't notice anything but the stairs are his new favorite topic of conversation. Something to note: they do not paint trim or the risers so I will be handling that myself. This was made very clear throughout the process and with the high level of detail they took on the stairs, touching up the trim paint and painting the risers will be a much simpler process. The best kind of home projects are ones that look like they should have been there in the first place. And Concept Flooring nailed it! I wish we would have done this three years ago! I highly recommend Concept Flooring for anyone looking for staircase refinishing."

"Exceeded expectations. Old hardwood floors, which had been covered with carpet by the original homeowners, now look brand new. Areas that were feathered in with new wood are undetectable."

"We absolutely love our new floor by Footprints Floors of East Atlanta. Kevin took the time to listen to our concerns. We wanted a particular stain on the floor and Footprint Floors came through. I was on a business trip when the floor was completed, but I could tell by the excitement in my wife's voice that floor looked amazing. I was impressed upon my return home. Thank you, Footprints Floors of East Atlanta. I totally recommend them."

"Noel & his team were everything you hope for when doing any type of work on your home. We had hardwood floors installed in our living room & an adjacent sunken conversation pit which needed to match pre-existing floors & everything was done to perfection from initial inspection & estimate to final cleanup, on budget & ahead of schedule. Everyone was super nice & professional."

"My carpet cleaning and stretch service was great. Carpet looks brand new."

"Thank you Carlos and your crew. Excellent professionalism. My house was built in 1976 so there was a floor leveling issue. It was corrected and we cannot tell the difference. I just LOVE my new floors. We did LR, Den, DR, Entry, Hall , Kitchen and partial hall bath. The rooms just flow together. Carpet in bedrooms. You cannot go wrong hiring this crew. Thanks guys"

"The installation crew was very professional and Don was great to work with in providing a quote, etc. I didn't have a big budget for the work I needed and I am very happy with the carpet and installation experience with J A Worldwide Design."

"We had been putting off replacing our outdated carpet because we thought the process would be too disruptive to our work-from-home schedules. Breakthrough Flooring completely changed our minds! They provided a transparent, competitive quote during our free estimate, and their crew was so quiet, polite, and efficient that we were able to work uninterrupted the entire time. The new hardwood and LVP flooring completely transformed the vibe of our entire house. Exceptional craftsmanship, fair pricing, and a genuinely wonderful team to work with!"

"Premium Prestige flooring did an excellent job installing our floors. They came when they said they would, finished the job in one day. Great company, would highly recommend them."
