He and his two assistants did a fantastic job of laying bamboo floors in two bedrooms, but because I had just moved in, there were many other jobs that needed to be done, and he tackled them all. He was on time every day, kept in touch with me via text, and ran errands to Home Depot that I certainly didn't have the time to do. He was patient and cheerful in spite of my probably annoying perfectionism. And he was the only tradesman I have ever hired who left my house and garage cleaner than they were when he arrived. He made massive rolls of old carpet and dozens of big boxes disappear. Needless to say, Jeff is our handyman, now, and when he says, "No matter what the job is, call me first 'cause I might be able to do it," he means it! "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
