Steve was true to his word and came on time every single time. He was able to finish the entire first floor in 3 days. Steve and his wonderful assistant worked non-stop. These are the most hard-working people I've ever met and I have met thousands of people during my career. If you want ethical professionalism, a perfectionist, and an expert in flooring then you should give Steve a call. Steve does not do any advertising because otherwise he would be booked for up to a year in advance. Definitely hire him for your next flooring job. "Nicolas and his assistant took a 55 year old hardwood floor, which had paint, stains, and damage and they spent a week making it look very, very nice. Anyone with an old, damaged wood floor cannot expect it to look brand new. However Nicolas can bring out the character of the wood floor and so that is looks warm and homey. He and his assistant were patient, kind, and collaborative. If I refinish any more wood floors, I will call Nicolas. His price was similar to other companies and it was not too much more than installing carpet. We are happy that we had him do this job. By the way, if you are using an oil based finish, it is a good idea to let it cure for about two weeks. With the week for the work of refinishing, this is a three week job. But if you can make your floor available for that amount of time, you will have a durable, very pretty floor, ready for the next 20 years of use."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Debbie in customer service is very organized, polite and quick to respond to questions and requests. Saul and his crew did a great job on our wood and ceramic floors. I had discussed with him exactly what I wanted the final design to look like and he made some suggestions on how to make it happen. I felt there was a bit of a lack of communication between the installers and the office; as well as the installers and me the client. If I hadn't checked in every morning they would've finished the job without calling me at all, and there were a few things that I had them correct. Overall I am happy with the job they did and the price compared to some of the other bids we got. We ended up running out of the stair molding because we underestimated the length that we needed; SW sent Saul out again 2 weeks later to finish those few steps."
