They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

I was worried I would have to do that by myself but nope. I was told to let them do it so I did. They cleaned then sanded the floors cleaned again. Did a great job minimizing the dust. Helped me pick a stain that matched what I envisioned. Stain was perfect! The toughest part was the clear - took a minute to dry because of the weather but the guys were great. We talked about my other remodel plans so hopefully I will be able to use them again! The floors came out amazing! I am so proud of them! The guys even came back to move my furniture back to where it was. I noticed that one of them even fixed the gate on my porch where it had been dragging.
