The floor had several dark spots that Adam wasn't sure would sand out. He suggested a dark stain to cover and took the time to demonstrate what a section would look like. Although I opted to keep the floor "natural", despite the variations, I appreciated his going the extra mile. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. The wood flooring was "repaired" in several spots before "refinishing". Their prep work, with plastic sheets and tape, covered all vulnerable areas for sanding dust. No need to clear the walls. The whole process took only 2 1/2 days before I could move back in and let my cats out of the back bedroom.
