"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. "They called me promptly and set a time to look at my problem "squeeky floors". They arrived at the set time and promptly went to work fixing my squeeks. The process took about an hour. They were courteous and cleaned up after finishing. I highly recommend them!"

"They worked really fast, turned a two day job into one day, however, so fast, they damaged the baseboards in all our rooms, our freshly painted walls and broke an electrical outlet in the floor in our living room. So they were fast and furious like a bull in a china shop , but not careful with their work- just wanted to get done and move on to the next job. They were unwilling to move furniture out of the master bath for the plumber to complete his work same day, so uncooperative with that extra request. Love the carpet. They did clean up afterwards and moved furniture back into place. Only one of them spoke English, so language barrier was an issue."
