"The Newpro representatives, Trevor & Devin, were prompt and respectful of my home. The took the necessary precautions by laying down cloths on my floors and counter tops. They cleaned up afterwards. And they made sure I knew how to operate the windows."

"Tom did a great job on our dining room and kitchen floors. He worked very hard and knocked out both floors in a day and half. Highly recommend Top Notch for all your flooring needs. Very reasonably priced and appreciated the military discount!"

"Mr.McNaulty is a very pleasant man, extremely proficient at his job which was to refinish our hardwood flooring in our livingroom. He worked steadily and meticulously to make our floor perfect! Right in the middle of the job, we changed our minds and wanted to add on the hallway. He was gracious about our decision to add another room of refinishing and worked it into his schedule. He was a pleasure to have in out home and we are so pleased with his work. We would hire him again in a heartbeat. We are very grateful."

"I received a call back from Richard within 4 hours of sending an e-mail asking for help with a slow-draining and unusable toilet.  He sent Jim to my house that afternoon and the problem was fixed within 2 hours at a very reasonable cost.  Jim found a plastic air freshener that had been dropped into the toilet (likely by my 2 yr old) and had gotten stuck in the drain.  He had to pull the toilet off the floor and push the item back through the drain, which was difficult since it had gotten stuck during all my forceful attempts to snake the toilet.  He also made sure to replace the filler valve when the water wouldn't stop flowing.  They even arranged to let me pay via PayPal when I couldn't find my checkbook.  What more can you ask than a fast response, a job well done, a reasonable price, and flexibility when doing business?  My experience was top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any future repairs or projects."

"Ian was very professional, on time and easy to communicate with. He did an excellent job installing our bamboo and cork flooring, despite our choice of cork which he had not previously worked with. He also installed new wool carpet for us, which was not easy to work with, and did a great job to make it look nice. I highly recommend his service and had no problems at all with any aspect of the job. I was even able to have our flooring ordered from lumber liquidators sent directly to him and he brought it to our house to acclimate before installation- job well done!"

"They were prompt, professional, and as unobtrusive as possible. The floors look amazing! Great folks!"
