"Had such a great experience with Concept Flooring. We had to replace existing carpet and oak flooring with laminate flooring that I had already purchased. Three additional rooms also needed new carpet. Chris Baker was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had great suggestions, and relieved a lot of our stress by taking care of the various transition mouldings. His carpet recommendation was exactly what we were hoping for. Chris also worked diligently to help keep the cost within our budget, mailed carpet samples and kept us constantly informed. Jose and Yerlin did an amazing job installing the laminate flooring. They worked so hard and kept everything cleaned up as they progressed. Oscar and Pablo did an exceptional job removing and replacing the carpet. They were so careful moving all the furniture, which they treated like it was their own. Received quotes from three different vendors. So glad that we selected Concept Flooring. The final result far exceeded our expectations!"

"Exceeded expectations. Old hardwood floors, which had been covered with carpet by the original homeowners, now look brand new. Areas that were feathered in with new wood are undetectable."

"Bedroom floor needed wood refinished, carpet removed. Very efficient, professional personnel, did a great job! Clean up done well and we have a beautifully finished floor. There were a few unexpected issues that were discovered when carpeting removed in our 60+ year old home, but these were easily taken care of by Footprints. Highly recommend!"

"I had carpet on my hardwood floors for over a decade. Padilla removed the carpet , old baseboards and beautifully refinished my floors. Padilla was very courteous and professional!! I would highly recommend them to my friends and family."

"VERY PROFESSIONAL CREW. ON TIME AND WORK LATE TO FINISH THE FLOORING. REDESIGNED STAIRCASE WITH FLOORING MATERIAL MATCHING THE FLOOR. CLEANED UP AFTER THE INSTALLATION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JM FLOORING"

"We were absolutely thrilled with Footprints Floors! Noel and his team removed the existing carpet in our carriage house and our basement, and installed various types of ceramic tile, including a floor-to-ceiling tile backsplash in the carriage house kitchen. This was an extremely large job with a ton of complications (none having to do with Footprints - things like weird wiring in the carriage house kitchen, uneven and cracked subflooring in the basement, etc.) but they handled everything professionally, and for a reasonable price. I especially appreciated their willingness to go above and beyond to solve problems -- at one point, they even brought in an electrician to fix a wiring problem they discovered! As for our new floors, the craftsmanship and installation work was incredible - they did a great job, and the finished product looks amazing. Moreover, the workers arrived promptly, cleaned up well, and were very friendly. Noel showed up to check on their progress every day, and provided me regular updates; for a massive project, they made it all as seamless and stress-free as possible. I just wish Footprints did more than just floors, because I'd hire them for everything - truly one of the best companies (and some of the friendliest people!) we've ever worked with, and we can't recommend them highly enough!"

"Jody from Flying Carpet Cleaners has done an incredible job. We had previously experienced water damage in three rooms in our basement due to a hot water tank leaking. We had to remove the padding during the recovery from the leak. Jody, came and assessed the situation and was extremely thorough in building his estimate. His work quality to top notch. He's very thorough and conscientious in his work. Everything now looks new. I highly recommend Flying Carpet Cleaners for any flooring cleaning, restoration or repair needs."

"It was a great experience. The team completed the job in 3-4 days. The floors look amazing. Could not be happier."

"I received quotes from 4 different hardwood flooring companies; all 4 companies had good reviews. Simple Floors pricing fell in the middle of the other quotes; I chose them because theyâ d previously completed the floors already in the townhouse I recently purchased. The townhouse is 3 floors; one set of stairs had hardwood flooring but the other set had carpet. I wanted both to match with hardwood. George and Team made it happen. The new set of stairs match the rest of the flooring on the 1st and 2nd floors perfectly. I would recommend this company for any hardwood flooring needs."
