"EFlooring was competitive with their pricing and didn’t beat around the bush. They kept us informed from day to day on their progress. We wanted 4 rooms done that had original 1 inch hardwood installed in 1960 when the home was built. As you can imagine, they were ruff! Having never been refurbished, had a stove slate removed from the top in one area. Carpet put over the top and all kinds of paint splatter, nicks and uneven spots throughout. I was leery they could be brought back. I was so wrong! Omar showed love to our floors and was knowledgeable of his craft. The first day after sanding I was in awe! Throughout the next few days, seeing the transformation was incredible. Everyone who has seen them are saying the same phrase…Stunning! The old floor was taken up and revealed some problems from the previous installer. He was able to assess the situation and knew what to do to fix it. The new floor is flat and level and does not make any sounds when you walk across it. They put everything back exactly the way it was. I could not be happier with the work that they did! The ran my spouse's credit but when the credit card came in it had my name and her social security number. When we attempted to call the salesman after the installer said we could not have the product we had decided on, he did not return our calls."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."
