We wanted 4 rooms done that had original 1 inch hardwood installed in 1960 when the home was built. As you can imagine, they were ruff! Having never been refurbished, had a stove slate removed from the top in one area. Carpet put over the top and all kinds of paint splatter, nicks and uneven spots throughout.
