"I cannot recommend Jose and his crew enough! Our floors are GORGEOUS and perfect. We had a complex job where we needed several different types of existing floor removed (including concrete!) and we needed new floors tied into existing floors. We also needed new stair railing installed with wood to match the floors. Jose and his crew worked tirelessly and completed the job ahead of schedule (when was the last time you could say that about a construction project, right?). The new floors tie in seamlessly with the existing wood floor we kept. The whole crew is very professional and trustworthy. We are over-the-moon with our floors -- they look even better than we could have imagined!"

"George and his team did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. After 20 years of traffic, the floors were showing their age. They now look fresh and new. They took care to mask off cabinetry and carpeted rooms so that dust was kept to a minimum. They put most of their time into the prep -- stripping old finish, filling gaps, sanding everything smooth. The new finish went on clear and smooth after that. George paid close attention to everything from start to finish, and his team worked diligently to get everything right the first time. Thank you!"

"I have been working with Pacwest floor since 1999. They have done my hardwood, carpet, tile, countertops, vinyl for all that time. Mostly new home construction but definitely a lot remodels as well. I highly recommend Pacwest Floors because they are honest, do great work, stick to their numbers, show up on time."

"We had Goss Flooring refinish existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood flooring in our TV Room to match existing floor. Goss Flooring did an excellent job matching existing floor and finishing to match. They started and finished on time and left the house clean. Highly recommend this company."

"Vasiliy is a true craftsman. He reviewed my sketches and talked with me about possibilities, then made suggestions as the job progressed and we saw what else could be included. His work is excellent and he got the drainage slope perfect in our walk-in shower, even suggesting a better drain for our application than we originally purchased. Martin has quoted carpet purchase and installation for commercial projects for our business as well, and Alaina has been responsive in the shop to our every need."

"Just spoke to Alex on the showroom floor over the phone, he was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of different flooring even though he knew I would probably not be purchasing there at this time. I really appreciated all of his help, and will be giving my business to Mr Tile & Stone in the future!"

"Love my new floors, excellent work ! The quality of the finish and the work are excellent, their prices are excellent too. Would definitely hire them again!"

"We were thrilled with the job that Lenny Culp and his team did for us in replacing our carpet and installing luxury vinyl flooring. I got estimates from three places for the job, and not only was TCB Carpets the best price, they were also by far the best in terms of customer service. They gave us excellent guidance on product selection, and they got the job done quickly both in terms of scheduling as well as completion. The area that they worked on was challenging, with a lot of angles and two curved flights of stairs, and the end result looks fantastic. They were even able to salvage the tiles from the floor for us, which I thought was an impossible ask! Much gratitude."

"10/10 - Joe is a true old school professional. Joe has his own team, and is an expert in all things flooring. From initial contact, to picking the product, procurement, installation, and on through to finishing, the entire experience couldn't have been better."

"The guys from Mercer Island Floor Coverings arrived on time and repaired our condo's carpet quickly and well. They even found another area that was unraveling and repaired it at no extra charge. They were friendly and efficient and I highly recommend them."
