"outstanding experience. Mario who is the owner, was excellent to work with. at our first meeting he came prepared with samples and walked us through the installation process, timelines and costs. We had a quote within a business day. We locked in a date and his team showed up. They worked fast, clean and completed the installation of 2100 Sq Feet of flooring over our tile in only 3 days. I was amazed how quickly they were able to remove old base boards and carpeting upstairs, while installing new flooring and baseboards in the entire house. We normally do not leave reviews. Especially for home projects, but this experience was very positive and we'll like to tell others about our experience with MP Floors. Definitely exceeded our expectations!"

"Absolutely blown away by these folks. We have a townhome at Boca West (vacation home). When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. Fortunately, we had a remnant of the new carpeting and called Word of Mouth Carpet to patch in the new carpeting. I'll let the pictures do the talking. These two gentlemen that came were prompt, honest, and highly skilled. Their price was fair. They explained that the carpet we were patching in was directional carpeting and we might notice the difference. Can you see the difference?! I can't! I'm over the moon."

"We wanted to have it done by Thanksgiving and I knew I wouldn't be able to do it by myself. I gave Anthony a call and he was quick to respond and came over and gave me a free quote. He had Nick and his partner over to start the job the very next week. They came on time everyday, very punctual, and went straight to work. They didn't make too much noise for the job and cleaned up after themselves. They also left a marked path to allow us to get to the bathroom we were using while they were installing the tile. They completed the entire job on time within 4 days. Nick was also a very pleasant person to talk to and I wish him the best of luck with his new born child. The floors came out very nice and the wife is very happy with it. The only thing I could complain about would be the grout wasn't perfect, I had to scrape some off of a few tiles and mix up more to fill in very tiny gaps after they had finished. It wasn't a huge deal as it didn't take me much time to fix and I didn't feel it was necessary to call them back for something I could do myself real quick. There was also one particular tile under the door that didn't come out level, but I can live with it as I would rather not have it cut out as it will make a mess and we already cleaned everything and started to move all our belongings up stairs. Regardless of the minor complaint, the floor still looks great. Overall, I think it was a good deal for the price and well worth it as this saved me a lot of time from doing it myself and it came out pretty good. I would recommend and use them again for future jobs."
