"David has been very professional and detailed from day 1. He helped me pick out flooring, tongue and groove and helped me discuss options for my game room remodel at my cabin in Blairsville, GA. He is extremely responsive by text and phone. He sends photo updates every day which is a refreshing change to the people I had doing work for me previously that only sent me daily excuses about why stuff didn’t get done. He is very proactive in communicating about updates and calls me to clarify what I would want on different things like electrical, paint colors, lighting, etc. He also came to my rescue and was able to have his team rebuild a deck for me that had failed inspection with my previous worker. David didn’t even hesitate to offer help and gave me options about finishes. He finished the game room remodel in 3 weeks just like he proposed in his contract. I plan on using David again in the very near future for a bathroom. He is pleasant to work with, professional and does good work."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
