"Pretty quick job, took about 3 days to install engineered hardwood floors in my basement. Some areas are separating a bit now, but I'll fill in those gaps with some filler. Cheaper than Empire and other company quotes. They ripped the previous carpeting out and hauled it away and did a good cleanup job. New stair flooring installed too. I'm quite happy with the work, minus the separation, but maybe that just happens when the floor settles?"

"This company is fantastic. They take pride in their work and truly understand what customer satisfaction means. We hired them back in Feb 2013 to both install wood flooring on our second level and assess the need to replace the wood floors on 1st Level. Wesley and Marcos are truly honest people. They advised us not to spend the money for a new install on the first floor at this time as the wear on the floor was uneven and the heavy areas would be fine with a refinish. We are glad we hired them to both jobs. The work was timely with minimal disruption to the family and the clean up was excellent. "I would advise the home owners to expect nothing other than what is directly wanted which is flooring, they didn't really do a great job cleaning up and they won't do anything except the actually flooring and will make you find someone else for filler to fix baseboards. And it took an extra day because the carpet was postponed. Also you have to pay 100% the morning of installation which is inconvenient and time consuming, they should allow customers to pay online."

He promptly came over when we woke up, and after evaluating the problem (a corroded copper pipe resulting in a pinhole leak), he got the necessary supplies, making quick work of the repair at a very reasonable cost. Having the water back on saved us a ton of inconvenience! My confidence in Naveed has only grown and while our kitchen reno hasn’t completed yet, I know I have just the right person for the job."
