We discovered during carpet installation that the carpet I received from Home Depot was not cut to proper length (turned out to be a mixture of a factory defect roll and bad consulting) so I discussed options with Potteiger. They were able to source a higher quality carpet for a comparable price. Incredibly, they were out the next day on Monday morning with the new better carpet and finished the install promptly.
