Negatives: The flooring installer damaged my antique baby grand piano and nicked paint off the wall moving furniture. The carpet installer put a hole in my wall moving something. Neither mentioned it to me; I found the damage while cleaning up. Spoke with 2 different people regarding this and have yet to see any resolution."

"Dan and his guys are the best Iâ ve ever hired to do any work for me. They ripped up carpet , sanded, and refinished the hardwood floor in master bedroom which was badly damaged. It looks brand new. They took the whole mess away, didnâ t leave any dust, and patched a hallway area with a fee of a handshake! What a great guy! Oh and I forgot to mention they moved all the heavy furniture out of the room first (like it was nothing) and the job was completed in less than 6 hours. Donâ t shop around- hire DAN MAGUIRE!! "Luciano and GM Flooring tackled a really difficult project for us. Our entire first floor (1400 sq. ft.) contained 5 different types of flooring. We had hardwood in some rooms, vinyl, 2 types of tile in others. His demo crew stayed for 10 hours to rip things out down to the sub-flooring. His install crew (including Luciano himself) got our NEW, engineered hardwood floors intstalled in just 2 days and he backs the quality of the install for a year. Our home has been transformed and for that type of job I needed someone who answered his phone when I had questions, and stuck to his word with dates/times and budget. Luciano exceeded our expectations and when the job was done and I assumed his crew was all exhausted they stayed to move ALL of our furniture back in from the garage. "DeMayo Tile did the entire installation on a roughly entire 1900 square foot house. This work covered the following: 1) Remove carpeting, install plank laminate flooring, and floor baseboards 2) Install bathroom tile flooring and floor baseboards I would recommend DeMayo Tile. I love the way the floors looks and the job that was done. Mike also found underlying issues (like a leaking pipe) that might not have been discovered until well after the installation was completed. Total cost $10,450.00"
