"I have used A Step Above previously for carpet cleaning and will continue to do so in the future. They are very responsive and when they give a timeframe for service, they consistently meet it. They are great at communicating reminders and they call when on their way. They do an awesome job and their technicians are very friendly and professional. They follow-up to ensure quality service. I highly recommend them."

"I was pleased. My bathroom floor was sinking & there was a sense of urgency. Jayme was quick to respond. I had a new floor within 10 hours. I highly recommend Expansive Flooring Solutions."

"Dallas helped us decide which product best suited our needs. She was thorough and got answers for our questions in which she didn't know the answer. The install is coming up and we can't wait to have waterproof flooring."

"Max and his team did an excellent job on our floors! Our house was a combination of hardwood and carpet. We wanted to get rid of the carpet and go completely to hardwood. They ripped up carpet and replaced it with new hardwood. Then they sanded and refinished existing and new hardwood to match. We are extremely pleased with the job that they did! Floors look great and Max was trustworthy and very considerate and patient with us while we decided what to do. I would recommend Max to anyone!"

"Very good service overall. Prompt, attentive, good quality carpet installation. Only fault was some installers not always good about mask use as a COVID precaution"

"I hired them to put carpet in my bedrooms of a home that my wife and I purchased in July of 2020. I converted a large bonus room into a second master bedroom and family room and had them to come back and carpet the new bedroom. I would recommend them to all my family and friends for their great price and quality workmanship."

"After 41 years of nasty carpet laying on them when we bought the house the floors now look amazing"
