"Had such a great experience with Concept Flooring. We had to replace existing carpet and oak flooring with laminate flooring that I had already purchased. Three additional rooms also needed new carpet. Chris Baker was so knowledgeable and helpful. He had great suggestions, and relieved a lot of our stress by taking care of the various transition mouldings. His carpet recommendation was exactly what we were hoping for. Chris also worked diligently to help keep the cost within our budget, mailed carpet samples and kept us constantly informed. Jose and Yerlin did an amazing job installing the laminate flooring. They worked so hard and kept everything cleaned up as they progressed. Oscar and Pablo did an exceptional job removing and replacing the carpet. They were so careful moving all the furniture, which they treated like it was their own. Received quotes from three different vendors. So glad that we selected Concept Flooring. The final result far exceeded our expectations!"

"Bedroom floor needed wood refinished, carpet removed. Very efficient, professional personnel, did a great job! Clean up done well and we have a beautifully finished floor. There were a few unexpected issues that were discovered when carpeting removed in our 60+ year old home, but these were easily taken care of by Footprints. Highly recommend!"

"Carlos Padillo called me the day I posted this project and came out the next day and provided a free estimate. We also received quotes from 2 other companies. We decided to install 1,400sf of LVP with new quarter round throughout the common areas. They were very flexible and worked with my schedule for desired installation dates. They removed 550sf of carpet and 850sf of engineered wood and laid the LVP and completed all work in 3 1/2 days. They did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail and even caulked and painted where necessary for new quarter round. They worked hard to ensure that the flooring was laid perfectly and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family."

"We are very pleased with the job that Josip the owner of JM Floors and his crew did on the instalation of our floors. Josip was very profesional, and gave us suggestions and options for our stairs that we had not thought about, and explained everything so we could make an informed decision. His crew Cesar and Victor were also very professional and we appreciated their attention to details. Even though the job took longer than expected because the old hardwood was hard to remove because of the glue, they did not rush and made sure the job was done right. Our floors are absolutely beautiful. Thank you JM Floors. Would definitely hire again."

"My carpet cleaning and stretch service was great. Carpet looks brand new."

"I received quotes from 4 different hardwood flooring companies; all 4 companies had good reviews. Simple Floors pricing fell in the middle of the other quotes; I chose them because theyâ d previously completed the floors already in the townhouse I recently purchased. The townhouse is 3 floors; one set of stairs had hardwood flooring but the other set had carpet. I wanted both to match with hardwood. George and Team made it happen. The new set of stairs match the rest of the flooring on the 1st and 2nd floors perfectly. I would recommend this company for any hardwood flooring needs."

"Working with Breakthrough Flooring was hands-down the best contractor experience we’ve ever had, from start to finish. We wanted to completely replace the outdated carpets and worn tile across our entire main level with high-end waterproof LVP and custom hardwood, and we were honestly nervous about the mess and disruption. But from the very first free in-home consultation, they put us completely at ease. They brought out great samples so we could see how everything looked in our actual lighting, gave us a transparent and fair quote, and even honored a price match. Once the installation began, the crew arrived right on time every single day. They were remarkably polite, kept the work area clean and contained, and treated our home with absolute respect. The attention to detail—especially around the trim, doorway transitions, and stair edges—was next level. It's rare to find a family-owned business that genuinely cares about craftsmanship and customer satisfaction as much as they do."

"Simon did a good job, floors came out very nice. Personality not as warm or welcoming as I'm used to but overall it all worked out."

"If you are looking for a great Carpet Cleaning service I would say go with Marcos Carpet cleaning.LLC. They did my carpet last week and to be honest it was a mess especially traffic areas. They brought it back to life. I was shocked and very impressed with the job they did. My carpet looks and smell great. Thank you Marcos for doing a excellent job. I will be calling you again . I appreciate you"
