"Excellent!! Javier and his co-workers did a fantastic job. Javier worked with me to order the exact amount of material from a vendor out of state. We could not find the type of wood I wanted here. They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. I would Highly recommend Monteros Hardwood to install you hardwood floors."

After being highly frustrated after multiple calls to and delays from my original flooring company to repair my buckled flooring (about 10 sq ft) due to a water leak, I was ecstatic that David (New Life Flooring) returned my 1st call within an hour, scheduled an evaluation for the following day, and personally repaired my floor flawlessly one day later in 3 hours!
