Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "Steve and his team gave us an quote that was hard to refuse. So just in case I checked a couple references who gave glowing reviews. And work commenced fairly soon thereafter and I couldn't be happier! The floors look amazing! They did a great job, kept the house clean (though we & they had it easy because it was empty.) The only downside was they showed up 15 minutes late, but the work was solid â  and I'd recommend them to anyone looking to get hardwood floors refinished, want stunning results, and look for value."
