"Tao did an excellent job of re-finishing our floors. We had a move-in deadline, which he was able to meet. Tao was very detailed in explaining what his crew would do, the sequencing of the coats of poly and how long before the floors could be walked on. He also gave us advice on ongoing care of the floors, which was helpful. His crew was friendly and worked hard to help us meet our deadline. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves. "I use a wheel chair & the solid wheels removed all the finish on our 1st Floor 4â Red Oak floors. We also had some pet urine stains on the floors in one room. Bill and his crew were able to remove the wheel marks and pet stains and the floors look brand new. Bill knows his craft. Weâ re very happy with the results !"
