"Great. Marius listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to improve my project."

"Exactly what I requested and the cleanup after the work was completed in a professional manner. I highly recommend this business"

"We are still in the budgeting phase and have not contacted yet however Scott Hughes of Groundwork’s was a great resource. He provided detailed information on the issues and how they would resolve them for us."

"Start was delayed by one day. Initial walk through with foreman did not happen as he did not show up until later. (He took very incomplete notes during initial contract discussion so made assumptions and mistakes, as did I.) Lost an entire faucet because I missed it on their contract rewrite. Ugh! Had to argue to get them to replace correct buckled walkway sections. The morning of the concrete deck pour had to have them reframe the deck due to not paying attention to detail. Also, I had to wrangle with them to come pick up the wood from the rotting decking being replaced with the concrete pour. It was way to much stress with these guys. This said, they were the best price. If you insist on a formal pre-contract-start walk through to make sure everyone is on the same page, they have good workers who know their stuff. The work is quality work. If you go in knowing you have to be the project manager, you can save a few bucks."

"We recently moved to NM and the yard at our home was neglected for a few years. The backyard needed to be cleaned up (including removing a few bushes and an old clothesline), a new irrigation system installed, and beds prepared for a variety of plants I want to install. Eric and his crew from Summersweet were excellent! I interviewed several landscapers and only Eric listened to what I wanted, offered his expert advice (his knowledge was gained thru both formal education and practical experience), and delivered what we agreed to have done! The Summersweet crew was hardworking and professional - it helped that I speak some Spanish. Carmela pleasantly and professionally handles all the behind the scenes logistics. Everything was done professionally and on time."

"Wonderful! It was a rather small repair, but JM Maintenance treated my job professionally, with care and were fair on the pricing. Good communication. Eduardo was on site, and represents this company well. I will be happy to work with them again."

"So far, I'm pleased with them. They fixed what they said and I feel good about them."

"They made me a concrete ramp and it's worked out pretty good for me."

"I just had a patio extension completed by cocona construction. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the project. They were responsive, quick and fair priced. The quality was excellent. I am very pleased with the construction and have already referred 2 people to them. Sergio was the primary worker and he has great knowledge and work ethic. I will have them do all my projects."

"Josh of Triple M arrived on time and effectively filled under the edge of a water-eroded driveway with rebar reinforced concrete, and gave a two-year warranty. Very satisfied."
