MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. Rating of sales 5/5 Rating of the installation crew 5/5 Rating of management 5/5 Rating of mid-state as a company : 10/5 I do not believe I would have received this level of responsiveness of any of the competitors. I would choose mid-state basements for any basement project I had. Please use my review to know that mid-state basement systems will do the job the right way and how you need it to be done. "When I decided to replace my driveway this year, the first step I took was to look into what is a good driveway. The Ohio Concrete Assoc. (OCA) publishes a pamphlet: “Guidelines for Durable Concrete” which sets the best practices for a quality driveway in Ohio. Mark Rodgers Construction (MRC) had replaced a driveway 15 years ago and some recent work for a new porch for a neighbor of mine. Both looked good, even the driveway from 15 years ago so I contacted Mark Rodgers. Mark Rodgers explained the best way to do things from his experience and best practices which also corresponded with the OCA recommendations. When his crew showed up, they were polite, hard working, and professional and the work was done the way he had explained to me. He also gave me recommendations on the curing process and sealing to keep the driveway looking good. In the end I got a very good looking driveway which meets my needs and is done according to best practices. I highly recommend MRC."

"Had concrete work done to fix a sunken slab. That slab was causing water to be allowed to enter my garage. After the fix water is entering from the other side. After contacting they did not come out and no calls. Update: The company did come back out and discovered that it was all caused by an issue that they do not do. The owner of the company went ahead and fixed it for him and all issues were taken care of."
