"We hired a structural engineer to inspect our foundation because a crack appeared on the kitchen floor. He concluded that the installation of 9 steel pilings was needed and recommended a couple of contractors, including Accurate Foundation Repair. I contacted AGR through Angie's List and they called back the next day to schedule an appointment at my home. After a walk through with the sales rep, I received a thorough explanation of the job and a fair cost estimate so we hired them for the job. Their crew was showed up as scheduled and was very polite. They waited for the engineer that I hired separately before lifting the house. The cracks closed after the house was lifted. A couple of weeks later, they sent a plumber to conduct a leak test. All went great."

"If you need Foundation Repair - I cannot recommend Firm Foundation Repair enough! Mason Birdwell and his crew did an AMAZING job! We reached out to several companies to do the repairs and the prices were about 16K to 20K+. We also got back so many different variations in what companies wanted to do - that we finally hired an Independent Engineer to do the Engineering Report and Drawings <Sandeep Nallagula, P.E - sandeep@rokitsolutions.com> and decided to determine our bids on that singular report. We contacted James Mason Birdwell @ Firm Foundation Repair <www.firmfoundationdfw.com / office@firmfoundationdfw.com / 972-639-3790> and he gave us an INCREDIBLY competitive bid for 26 Exterior Piers, 9 Exterior Concrete Breakouts, 5 Interior Piers, Post-job Engineer Report, Post-job Plumbing Test, & Lifetime Transferable Warranty. He was also going to be able to come out during a timeframe that worked for us and was exceptionally responsive. Also note he is a registered contractor with the City of Carrollton as required and was issued a permit for the work. His crew came out on Jan 10th and started the work. They were amazing and efficient. We had two plumbing issues (~ $450) that were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction (we could have gotten a plumber, or they would call one - we let them use who they were familiar with). They wrapped up the work on Wednesday January 12th, 2022 by 4:10 PM. You can see from the pictures they cleaned up EVERYTHING! They got rid of the excess dirt from all the digging they had to do. IMO, they left my yard looking BETTER than it did BEFORE they started. They also took care of filling in cracks we had/or occurred in our bricks and other outdoor areas. Do not let lack of reviews deter you. When I did my research there were only five reviews available. I was concerned about this; however, additional research revealed his previous employer and glowing reviews regarding his work by other customers."

"I would highly recommend Atlas Foundation! The company is well established, provided a customer review list as well as a life-time warranty. The office staff was friendly, assuring and answered many questions about the process as well as the financial options. The project manager was very helpful and communicated clearly during the pre, during and post lift process. The crew were prompt and worked hard preparing for the lift, completed it then paid close attention to detail on their clean-up process from returning landscaping to it's original location, fixing sprinkler lines, repairing small cracks in the brick as well as cleaning up the driveway! Thank you for an outstanding job!

"James was great. I needed ~550 sq ft of concrete poured to fix a previous contractors work and make my shed pad go from a rhombus >rectangle shape. I was quoted and then not even 24 hours later he came out to start prep work. He was very responsive and answered all of my questions that I had. I’d reach out to them 100% for my next concrete/pavers project.Highly recommend this company you will not disappoint."

"Lon and his crew were excellent! We have a basement in our home in the DFW airport area. Half of the basement is under ground and was flooding enough during storms that we had to run wet dry vacs and dehumidifiers for up to 48 hours whenever there was a big thunderstorm or extended periods of consistent rain. Lon did his work over a year ago and I hesitated to write a review until some major rain came around. But since he did his work, we have not had any water related to seepage in the foundation reappear. What a blessing! This was not an easy job for his team. When they got in to create the ditch, we found the previous homeowners tried their own fix with less expensive corrugated black pipe buried a little higher. This had collapsed and the massive number of rocks for drainage were quickly taking the water to our foundation rather than out to the street. Lon's team removed all of those rocks, dug a new trench, used a sledgehammer on some bedrock to ensure they were below the foundation with all of their drains and took a new 6" diameter solid line out almost 100 yards to the street. They also laid a second pipe on top of it to drain rainwater from our gutters. The result is incredibly impressive. When we get drenched, it's no big deal. Drains that used to be overwhelmed during severe thunderstorms were replaced with ones that quickly take the water out to the street. An engineering miracle. I highly recommend Lon and the team for their integrity, quick (and hard) work and getting it right. The guys really know what they are doing when it comes to drainage."
