Christian Camilo 20 reviews·11 photos 2 minutes ago NEW Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness Steve the owner, Tony and Crew @ Blue Umbrella Waterproofing did excellent work. They Truly exceeded my expectation. Steve is extremely customer focused and ensures that his customers have a good understanding of why certain thing need to be done and what they are going to do. The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"Problems were found and were fixed"

"Joe and his team did an excellent job putting together my patio and keeping my lawn looking good."

"The team came in and fixed the foundation very quickly. It looks like a new house.Everything was cleaned up when they left. Very nice crew too. Sandra C."

"They came over to give me an estimate for copper pipe repairs. They were prompt and courteous. They were very honest and advised that the repaired work had been done correctly and did not need to be repaired again. And that the corrosion on other lines did not need to be fixed immediately. I would trust them for any other work I needed done."

"We hired Mr. Whaley previously for surface crack repair around our foundation. His team did an awesome job and we found them to be fair priced and true craftsmen. Recently we had an issue caused by some bad footing on our concrete porch. I called and Mr. Whaley came same day to take a look. Quoted us a fair price and we hired him to get the job done. Again his team came and again did a stellar job. Repair was made in a timely fashion and the craftsmanship is noticeable. We never have to worry about that porch again!!!"

"Justin was courteous and explained all of my repair options. He was able to fix the issue quickly and provided me upgrade options with prices. I’ll rehire them when I’m ready for upgrades."
