"They did a great job. There was a bit of debris left (roots and dirt) near the house and I had to ask them to clean dirt off the house. They didn't call for a locate for the digging they did ( it was pretty shallow) which I think they should have done. But the work seemed very good."

After receiving a quote from another business, to the tune of $53,000 for "other problems discovered", I had Ram Jack come out and did not tell them what the first place said. After they crawled under the house, took measurements, etc, they found nothing wrong with the foundation, advised me that I was not in need of their services, and provided me with the names of a few well-known and trustworthy local businesses that could repair the foundation crack. I cannot tell you what a relief that was and how impressed I am with the Ram Jack's honesty and integrity! They are definitely on my list of trustworthy people to deal with in the future, if / when needed!"

I met with several contractors and the people at Forest Landscape were the ones I felt the best connection with. We were off to a great start! They provided us the most competitive estimate for our landscape remodel. But it wasn't just the price is was the knowing they would listen and understand our needs. Others just couldn't get that done. Forest Landscape didn't want this to be their vision of the space, they wanted it to be hers. They really put you at ease through the entire project. The estimate was easy to comprehend with outlined costs in parts, making decisions quicker. The entire crew helped to ensure things not only looked beautiful but functioned properly. We have yard that slopes towards our home and drainage was a big concern. From the moment they started until completion the crew worked very efficiently on site and checked in to make sure she/I were happy with the outcomes. It was truly amazing to see how they transformed the baron yard into a tranquil forested landscape complete with a dry river bed. As the plantings grow they will only look more beautiful in time as she sits under the new covered pergola on her patio extension in her rocking chair. They created gravel pathways that are functional and tidy for her to walk around. You got me through this without feeling stressed (especially about how many trees can fit in a yard- haha!) and each of you took time to make sure the she was happy. "Patrick and his crew of 2 to 5 guys removed and installed a new concrete driveway and sidewalk for two adjacent residences with a shared driveway. The new driveway has a brick border and exposed aggregate finish. The sidewalk replacement involved tree root pruning as directed by the city inspector. The job took about 10 days from start to finish and final approval from the city. We're very happy with the results. The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is because of a few communication gaps due to language. The proposal Patrick sent and wanted to use as a contract didn't include enough detail, so I prepared a contract with additional clauses and attached his proposal. That helped clarify the scope, but there were a few verbal discussions that were misunderstood. But, overall, a good experience and end product. I'd definitely use them again."

"Our yard definitely looks a lot better but we were unhappy about several things. The regrading on the north side of the house didn't fix the standing water problem. A number of areas of the new lawn died and they wouldn't replace the sod but said that the grass would regrow in the fall. It didn't do so although a small part of it did regrow. They failed to put in a sprinkler head to reach some rose bushes and said they would come back and fix it but didn't. They kept saying that it would be finished in a week or two and months later it still wasn't done. We had to keep putting off another contractor because they still weren't done."

"Everything from the estimate to the repair and installation of insulation was outstanding and very reasonable. Dillon came to our house to look at our crawlspace and gave us an estimate we could live with. No high pressure sales or fancy brochures like those other guys. Just great communication and a job well done. Both crews were fantastic. I gave them all tips. Consider doing that yourself. This is dirty hard work. Dillon is easy to communicate with and responds quite quickly to questions - even on the weekends. The people at the office are fantastic. Hire them. You won't regret it."
