"At the end of March I called two foundation companies for estimates on repairing a new crack in the brick on the side of my home. The first was Hercules Foundation Repair and the second one was Pier Pro. Collin from Hercules came and measured and gave me his estimate. He was very professional and told me what needed to be done. Before he left my house, he told me that even if I chose a different company if I had any problems to feel free to call him. The next day Mike with Pier Pro came by. Against my better judgment I gave the job to Pier Pro. After the job was completed, I had new cracks down the back side of my house. I have two large cracks in the walls of my bedroom and the wall lifted a good half inch off the floor in my bathroom. I called Mike to come back and after looking at it said there was nothing wrong with my house. He said that he would put caulk in the space between the floor and wall and it would look good. It has been over three months and I havenâ t heard anything back from him. Last week I swallowed my pride and called Hercules. Allen answered and patiently listened to my problems and made an appointment to see what was done. His measurements showed that the floor of one bedroom was raised two inches too high and the other bedroom was one inch too high. His crew came two days later and FIXED it! I canâ t say how much I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Allen and his company has shown me. It is so hard to admit that you have been taken advantage of an having someone so willing to help make it right is priceless. I still need to do cosmetic repair cover the cracks but that is easy thanks to Allen Alexander and his company"

"Outstanding performance!! I’ll never use another foundation company. The men were polite, respectful and took care of my property really well. 10 out of 10!!!!"

"I found a good sized crack in my floor when I pulled up the carpet for new flooring. I called Herculese Foundation out of Austin and made an appointment. They were very professional. and the came and checked the foundation with a meter and even with the crack there was only about an 1/8 of an inch difference in the in the corners of the house. I was very relived that I was not facing a large repair bill and now I continue with installing new flooring."

"Very prompt and professional, did a great job of repairing the foundation. I am very well pleased."

"Crosstown Engineering did a fantastic job. Steve was very professional, informative, arrived on time and did a thorough review. I hired Crosstown because I wanted an independent review from an engineer to see if my foundation required any repairs. Their report indicated that my foundation was performing and no repairs were needed at this time. I am so glad I had this review done rather than reach out to a foundation repair company who would likely have wanted to sell me something regardless of my need for repairs. I highly recommend Crosstown Engineering for a review before hiring any foundation repair company. They will provide a repair plan if you need one, and if you don’t, you will have the peace of mind that your foundation is ok."

"Very well. Inspector surveyed the foundation and made measurements in the house. After his assessment, he determined the issues were primarily cosmetic and no foundation repairs were needed. I had asked two other companies for an assessment. One agreed with no repairs being necessary and one wanted to do a major foundation repair. It certainly pays to get more than one opinion. I'm happy to say there are honest companies out there that won't gouge you. But as noted, be careful. If I ever have any other issues, I will call this company."

"They were very professional and very fair with their pricing they explained everything in great detail, including time needed for repair to be finished. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family."

"He was very professional and insightful about the foundation and the slight slope I did not notice until he pointed it out will use him again."

"Vanessa and her team saved me 20% from all the quotes I received from major companies and did a fantastic job. I?ve had issues at another house before and after everything was done you have to find a landscaping, drywall, and plumbing company. Vanessa and Diego were able to handle all the repairs after. I?m very very pleased with the work and communication. I highly recommend them."
