MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. My backyard concrete patio and walkway needed to be repaired due to foundation construction work. The other estimators told me that the remaining concrete needed to be removed and the entire patio replaced. Of course at great expense.
