MY PROBLEM WAS UNIQUE AS LOAD BEARING WALLS NORMALLY DO NOT NEED TO BE REPAIRED LIKE THIS! At first, it was not level upon completion (BARELY 1/8 INCH OFF) in ONE spot and I let my sales rep Jiovanni know. the team came back out within 48 hrs and adjusted everything and let me take a look at it. They did a fantastic job. The installation crew even wiped down my floors for me after they were done! They were so polite, and respectful and made sure there was no damage to anything as they were moving steel beams to my basement ( my fridge was an object in the way to the basement door ) Do not let competitors make you question the validity of this business. they were fantastic. "Our foundation was sinking so we wanted to get someone in to shore it up. Josh installed 4 columns for us in the basement to ensure our floors wouldn't sink any further and crack any future flooring we put down. He was quick and efficient and came back a few times free of charge to make sure the mudding on the drywall was completely finished. I will definitely be hiring them again if we have any trouble with water or foundations."

After contacting they did not come out and no calls. Update: The company did come back out and discovered that it was all caused by an issue that they do not do. The owner of the company went ahead and fixed it for him and all issues were taken care of."
