My wife and I are architects and have repaired a few homes and did much of the work ourselves. but we were not going to tackle lifting the foundation nor leveling the sloping floors. the planning was tricky for us all due to COVID, but once we got going, we were completely satisfied with the work, the service, and the good humor of the Foundation Solutions team. Diego and Nathan were communicative, clean, hard working and had a fine attention to detail. And we had a lot of fun together. there are other foundation repair companies that are more 'slick' , but Foundation Solutions is the real thing. they know their work and do it well."

"The first crew were excellent but they could not come back to finish the job the next day and the second crew came the next day the Forman was Bayward and crew was Shawn /Kevin they really were a great crew they came and finished up what the first crew started and they raised the foundation up so my front door would work again once that was done, they back filled the holes and tamped all the dirt down than put rebar in and cemented the holes so it would be ready for the brick layer then they cleaned up the work site. Really great crew."

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Charlie from landmark construction came over to check and see the work that I wanted to do and after our first meeting, he came back and provided me with several options of color combinations for the paint. In additional to that, Charlie repaired some cracks that the walls had and he included that in the estimate as well. The work was performed by his workers and they did a great job! The tankless system that he installed for me came out as the best part of the work because it provided me with hot water while saving the gas when I'm not using it. During the work, I noticed that Charlie is pretty honest man and his estimate was pretty much very good.
