"Alex and Donavan were very thorough. Discovered more than what we called them for. We originally wanted information on sealing cracks to eliminate cricket infestation coming through cracks in stem wall. We were not interested in repairing foundation rebar which is typical in slab homes in AZ. They were knowledgeable and honest in their evaluation of our home."

"Very professional. They really know their trade. Pleasant to work with and extremely reliable. They have all the tools and equipment to remove the old driveway that had numerous cracks caused by previous failure to create expansion joints. "Ted showed up on the time and date we scheduled. He assessed my home’s foundation and determined that the level of repair needed did not require his company’s intervention. I was extremely impressed with Ted’s honesty and forthrightness. In a world where homeowners are often faced with costly repairs it was refreshing to deal with Ted and by extension Dalinghaus Construction. If in the future I have need of such services I would not hesitate to call upon Ted and Dalinghaus Construction."
