"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"They did a great job, I asked for the slightest slope on my patio after the previous contractor really messed up. They came in and busted up, removed old pad, releveled, graded and formed a 30x16 new pad...8in thick at the edge. We plan to put a screened in porch up at some point, they put the footers in for that as well. "Mr Cortez pushes himself to make sure the job turns out to be 1st class. Other companies said that I did not need a trench around my foundation ($2500) but he insisted I did. During a hard rain after he had completed the trench drain he showed me where the water was coming in. It was a lot of water. If the other companies had did the job it would have ruined all the work, and been a waist of money. His crew has works from 8 to 5 each day, and I mean work.He is also very kind and trustworthy. His finished project is beautiful."

"Jon came out twice to consult with us on the job planning. Entailed repair of a hardscape we had torn up to renovate & expand our house. He had helpful design suggestions and the finished project looks much nicer than it did prior to the expansion. Also did significant work on drainage to eliminate run-off along with grading & sod work to complete the area. Can be challenging to reach when very busy & multiple projects are underway with weather delays, etc  but he is conscientious about  following up.
