AFS came in and lifted the sunken areas and then replaced the broken concrete. AFS does business the old fashioned way - they do what they say, and they fix it right the first time. They had to remove an old sidewalk, dig out and remove 4 large tree roots, then prepare for the new cement, extending the sidewalk all the way to the street. They also sloped the new sidwalk to repair a drainage problem. The work was done beautifully. They even cleared the culvert pipe that runs under the new sidwalk extension. The work was completed in one day and for the quoted price. John and his workers were all polite and professional"
