"LHB Concrete and More LLC did a great job in installing concrete foundation pads for anchoring our new pergola to the existing paver deck. Lester (company owner) and his team were all professional, highly skilled craftsmen, and worked great together in getting the job successfully accomplished. LHB's Team did a great job in carefully removing the required number of pavers in the four (4) areas of the paver deck where the foundation pads were to be installed and pouring the high strength concrete foundation pads. The Team carefully replaced all of the removed pavers in their correct pattern over the newly poured foundation pads to match the rest of the paver pattern. ONce the concrete pads had fully cured, LHB assembled the pergola and anchored it to the concrete pads. "The lights look great. Installation seemed to go well until I turned on the irrigation system. There were 3 huge leaks from the digging, that they didn't tell me about. My husband and I had to repair them over a very hot weekend. I give kuddos to the company though. When I called Monday to tell them about the leaks, we came to an agreement and the company reimbursed us for our work of the repair. They were nice about it. He said they had people on call and I could've called over the weekend, but I didn't think landscaping companys had people on call."

"These repairs were performed in an older house that we had just moved into. All the work done was performed rapidly and with good quality. They had the new water line installed within a day including digging the trenches. A form of blue PVC line was used instead of copper. My only concern is I would have liked to have been presented with an option. I have since tried to get them to provide and estimate on some additional repairs - with no return phone calls. I called and spoke with the secretary approximately six times over a 2-3 week period and never received a return phone call from anyone. I trusted their work and repairs and felt their pricing was fair, however, they gave me no option but to chose a different contractor for further repairs since they never called back. I am very surprised because in the past they were very responsive. I am very sorry to say I would not use them again at this point."
