"From start to finish this was an easy, anxiety-free project. As determined previously by an engineer - my foundation had settled minimally in its 67 years. It had grown some external cracks that looked alarming. In thinking about selling my house in a few years - I knew the cracks might be a deterrant to prospective buyers. My main objective in having Complete Basement Systems come out was to have them assess the health of my crawl space - but mainly to fill and seal the external cracks. Their salesman was kind and easy-going. He explained the benefits of having my crawl space cleaned out and encased. (Yes, he said, they'd fill the ugly cracks, as well!) I absolutely hated my nasty, dark, dusty, cobwebbed horror of a crawl space - so it made sense to sign up for the whole project. The team that came out was courteous and thorough. I had no idea how much trash was hiding under the years of accumulated dust. They brought out enough trash to fill a bedroom to the ceiling - and they hauled it all away. In spite of the magnitude of the job, they were able to complete everything in one day. Now my crawl space is encased in a thick, durable white composite sheeting that will make it easy for me to actually start storing things there. "The Rock n Block group did a great job on my project. We replaced two sidewalks, the garage apron and added two patios with colored, stamped concrete. There was weather to deal with and a couple people of scope changes. The communication was excellent, the attention to detail and overall workmanship was great. Highly recommend them"

"Project started out well with great communication to set up initial appointment for quote. The overall job turned out well; but once they won the business, the project was mismanaged and communication was poor. There was an overall lack of supervision on the project. It was scheduled for late November. At the time of scheduling, I asked if job would be negatively affected by snow and cold weather and if I should wait to schedule until Spring the following year. I was assured that winter weather would not cause a problem. Luckily, the concrete was poured prior to several snow storms, but the concrete was not sealed until Spring the following year. The project entailed replacing all sidewalks, a driveway and building a raised patio. The patio measurements were incorrect twice. The second incorrect measurement led to my underground sprinkler line being cut. My sprinkler line was also cut in a second location in spite my pointing out where the underground sprinkler lines crossed under the concrete. Hoses were dragged through my garden with no regard for above ground misters. Several were snapped off. The repair bill when sprinkler system was turned back on in Spring was high, and Legacy agreed to reimburse me for some of the damages. They never followed through in spite of my calling in to check on reimbursement."
