"I met with several waterproofing reps but I was impressed with Allens professionalism: he explained what the work entailed, shared a diagram of the area to be covered based on his quote, and even showed me a sample of the poly sheeting to be used. He and his team worked diligently. The only reason I did not give a 5 is that they had to come back and resolve a problem. Stuff happens, but it is how a business recovers that I remember. Vanguard was on point. They did not hesitate to return to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that return trip left me with a large amount of additional dust to clean-up. "I had tight time constraints and Sundry Waterproofing delivered!
A previous plumber had dug 5-6 feet below the dirt line and made some holes in my foundation to fix a sewer drain issue.  Unfortunately, the plumber never finished the job and left me with several holes in my foundation and a pile of dirt in my driveway.  
Upon my call, Sundry came out the next day and gave a reasonable quote to fix this, as well as replace some insufficient vapor barriers in my crawl spaces.  I agreed and they were able to schedule the job quickly.
On service day, the work crew, headed by William, arrived on time and got to work.  The crew (especially William) was very professional and got the job done in about 3 hours.

(See past review) Tyler came right over immediately and took a look at the project. I was hoping that he could resurface the concrete that was already cracking considerably from a wrongful pour. Actual stress joints in case of settling. The demo was as clean as you could expect to get from all that work, the team he has working with are positive and there to do one thing, a job done right. The finished job matches the front driveway in look and appeal. Out of pocket was a very fair price for the product and the relationship you have with this company. There are a lot of clowns out there looking for your money and selling you on what they can do for concrete. Skip all of that and give Tyler a call."

"Islas Masonry is awesome. We had a large section of driveway that was severely damaged from tree roots and needed to be replaced. I reached out to several contractors on Angie's List, and most could not even provide a quote for several weeks. Francisco responded within 30 minutes, came out the next day to quote, and was onsite a few days later to perform the work. We have a flowerbed along side the driveway and the crew was able to remove the old concrete, place formers and pour the new concrete without disturbing the flowers in the bed. "EveryDry did excellent work for our home. Work consisted of waterproofing a 2100 sq ft basement, which involved digging a new frenchdrain style trench at the foot of the foundation along the uphill sides, installing two sump pumps and related pipe work to ensure the water would exit far from the foundation, and applied structural fiber and water proofing to reinforce the cinderblock walls. Concrete work performed to cover the frenchdrain trench is relatively smooth and even with the existing concrete floor. Combining their work with more efficient downspout management has resulted in a consistently dry basement! Keep in mind there is an annual fee associated with the warranty, which I would recommend. Additionally, the office staff are friendly and efficient. The previous owner had the work performed soon before selling us their home, and the warranty transfer was seamless and easy, a testament to the hard-working staff.
