"Iran H, Chris M and Floyd C were the service people from Ohio Basement Authority who repaired a leaning concrete block foundation wall in the basement and installed a sump pump. They did excellent, considerate work and I would recommend them for a similar project."

"They fixed the leak and put in a sump pump and water trench. The basement leaked 2 more times afterwards, but they returned to correct it right away. We were responsible all 3 times to repair the drywall and wood landing at the bottom of the stairs,so I called saying that I should not have to keep fixing those thing over and over. The CEO of the company called back and came out to the house himself to inspect. He had his people come out to the house again to do more that he felt would fix the problem for good, as well fixing the drywall and landing at no cost. It was a frustrating experience, but this company and it's CEO stood by thier work and made it right. I would use them again."

"Only issue I have had is the finance company. No complaints with the product or installation"

"Thank you, James, for fixing and replacing the part for the toilet so it no longer runs after flushing. Also, for tightening the toilet seat. Your advice to replace the washer valves is much appreciated. Cost of repair: $129."

"Mr. Moreland and his team were on time, stayed late and met all our needs. As the project developed, he was able to incorporate my changing wants and needs. I appreciated his honesty and ideas. I am planning on doing a master bath remodel and opening up the first floor for a little more of an open floor plan shortly as soon as our money allows, thank you all."

"From the first call to the time the service tech walked out the door everything was professional. I had a leaking bathtub facet and our DIY attempts did not help. Maximum plumbing had good reviews so I took a chance. I won’t hesitate to call them again."
