"Great experience with this company. Randy was knowledgeable and gave us a quote in a few days. Work began within the next week, and even though it was more work than they first thought, they stayed for an extra two days and completed the work at no extra charge. My crumbling foundation was repaired and reinforced with wire mesh and the broken basement windows were replaced and look like new, I'm very happy with the work. My neighbor was so impressed that she asked me who did it, because she needs work done. One thing to keep in mind if you are having basement windows redone is to make sure you ask about the wood framing, whether it needs to be replaced, and how much that would cost. I was fortunate to be able to have the rotten wood frames removed completely and the windows installed without them, but the reframing was not included in the original quote. Randy was very easy to work with and the crew was polite, I would definitely hire them again, but I think their work will be sound and sturdy for years."

"First of all he accomidated my work schedule & did the work on a Saturday. He felt it was important for me to be home, to answer any questions & to periodically critique the progress, making sure that it was what I was wanted. He was late to arrive because he refused the quality of the stone I wanted & went to another supplier that had a better quality product. He called to let me know why he was late & gave me an approximate arrival time. He brought one other employee and both were very professional. They worked the whole day & didn't leave until I was satisfied with the end result. The next day I received an email asking if I had any questions or concerns about their completed job. That was impressive to me & showed me that the goal of Delanson Gardens is to provide the highest quality of work for their customer. I responded to that email in a joking manner telling him that my dog had pulled up some of the weed fabric. I asked him what the product was called because I would repair the area in the Spring. He replied with the information I asked for and then asked me when was a good time for him to come over and repair it. I ignored the email because I didn't want him to travel to Troy to repair a problem that my dog made. Well I came home from work this week and found my garden was repaired and the leaves were removed from the areas he worked on. What a wonderful surprise and another example of the pride he takes in his work & the importance of having a satisfied customer! I have already scheduled more work to be done in the Spring!
