"I had a problem dampness seeping up through my cellar floor. Busydog installed an in-floor system and added dehumidifier and the problem started fixing itself almost immediately. There was an issue with the dehumidifier not being installed high enough to ensure proper flow of the water being pulled out of the air, resulting in a puddle on the floor. However, the company sent someone out that day to fix the problem. Since then my basement has been much cooler and drier and I'm very happy with the work."
