The original inspection was completed for the original cost. The additional work, a check valve was performed on the same day the tech explained that this would prevent the back- up into the slop sink. However as the tech explained this is only a temp fix. We discussed different alternatives and his Boss , mr Fusco was suppose to call me with prices. He never called.
The tech who came was very polite and seemed knowledgable

Pruned trees and bushes. Replaced mulch and recommended rock instead of mulch in some areas to help mitigate water issues. Also repaired stone veneer on our outdoor grill.
