"We hired Mike to do our basement waterproofing prior to finishing our basement. They 1) repaired a leaking wall crack using a fill and carbon fiber seal, 2) replaced our original sump pump, 3) installed a full perimeter french drain system, 4) installed a second sump pump, and 5) a thermal armor wall cover on all walls. Overall, we were quite pleased with the negotiations, timing, install process, and finished product. Would definitely recommend giving Mike at Aqua Dry a call for basement waterproofing."

"Problems were found and were fixed"

"Steve is probably the most attentive and responsive service provider I have ever worked with. Steve was hired to makeover the entire front and backyard. His hardscape team run by Malica is top knotch. They had a lot of great ideas in addition to doing high quality work. There were some issues with a few of the stones being loose and the team including Steve have been super responsive to remedy the situation at no charge expeditiously. With the landscaping, there were issues that happened outside of Steve’s control but he quickly remedied the situation even though it wasn’t his fault but an issue with onion grass growing out of control through the mulch. Steve quickly came to my rescue then and when some flowers/bushes he planted in November didn’t come in, he fixed that also at no extra charge. Steve may seem expensive at first but I priced him compared to others and it was comparable and the level of service was extraordinary. Between Steve’s responsiveness and professionalism, I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with finding him through Angie’s list. I would highly recommend him for any landscaping or hardscape work needed."

"If we could give a higher rating than an A we would.  Joe and his gang were nothing short of outstanding!  We could tell he and his workers had been together for quite a while.  They worked great as a team.  They were always on time, were very professional and did a great job.  Joe and the guys were responsive to our questions and suggestions and even made some suggestions of their own.  We would highly recommend Pellicore Concrete for any concrete work.

"After using basement waterproofing specialist for my French drain installation I was so pleased with their service I called them again when I noticed signs of a possible foundation crack. They accurately identified the issue and determined I had a crack in my foundation. They thoroughly sealed the crack and put multiple layers of membrane to secure the foundation and to ensure no water ever gets through. I would highly recommend!"

"Good work and reasonable price."

"Jamie and Raymone did an outstanding job leveling my sinking slab. All drilling and pumping was done in the grout area between my floor tiles. Not one tile was cracked. Holes were filled and dust was cleaned up. The whole first floor took about two hours. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They really knew what they were doing and did a fantastic job. It is amazing how easily this product corrected my sinking slab. I would highly recommend them."

"Customer service was on point. They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would. No hassle, no games. I had a foundation crack in my basement wall which was leaking every time it rained. They came on time (and it was snowing) for the free consultant. Estimate was provided on the spot. They came on time to do the job and did exactly as was described/on the contract. We then had a heavy rain storm the weekend after and the basement is dry."

"We worked directly with Roger who was great! We had brick layed over concrete in our enclosed porch and on our front porch. Rogerwas knowledgeable about the brick product we used. His workers were polite and work site was clean when they left. They completed the project on time and did a beautiful job!"
