Every time it would rain, I had water behind the foundation wall and developed a good size crack and that would be where the water came in. Also from the chimney door. Richard called me on a Sunday morning, came out later that day and explained it all! He explained every detail about what needed to be done .Excavating, drainage, crack sealing, and coating.
