"Parris Houchins and Benjamin Esparza did an outstanding job repairing the entrance to my driveway. A couple of wrecks had damaged the concrete and caused it to sink and crack. AFS came in and lifted the sunken areas and then replaced the broken concrete. AFS does business the old fashioned way - they do what they say, and they fix it right the first time. Highly recommend this company."

"Michael and Shannon did an incredible job on our basement waterproofing system! I highly recommend this service and the lifetime warranty they provide. We interviewed several other companies before we decided on 58 Foundations / BDRY."

"Flooring no longer sags, and the underside support structure is fixed. Still have to replace warped floor boards, but that must be handled by another business."

"interviewed many waterproofing companies for encapsulation of crawlspace. from the first contact with salesperson Mario, very knowledgeable and did not attempt to sell me items I didn't need, To contact with Kurt at the office and the crew - WOW these guys were professional timely neat very personable Completed the job in 2 days and went over everything they did, answered all questions and even made sure the little extras were taken care of. Will use them for other projects needed. well worth the fee."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Review for Vasquez Waterproofing Vasquez Waterproofing did an outstanding job installing a French drain in both my front and back yards, and they also tackled some pretty extensive water damage around my front bay window. Not only was the quality of work excellent, but the entire project was completed in just two days — super efficient. Big shoutout to Jack for his excellent communication throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were kept, and the worksite was left clean. I’d absolutely recommend Vasquez Waterproofing for any drainage or water damage projects. In fact, I’m already in talks with them about another job. Solid team, great results."

"They do a great job! I have used them for years. Reliable and quick. They are always looking out for me."

"I called Braier for some water damage from the rain storms a few months ago in my area. My building was flooded completely and mold had set in before I realized it. “Brad” came and fixed the water damage and water sealed so it doesn’t happen again. Thank you again to the gentleman who was sent to my property. Will refer this company to anyone looking for quality work with cheaper prices."

"Sean and his colleagues repaired/replaced three large culverts that had washed out from a logging road that was about 3/4 mile long. They regraded the road, removed and repaired or reinstalled three different culverts and were in and out on time, despite plenty of rain. They came in within budget and the communication between contractor and client was excellent. I trust this guy like few other contractors I have hired."
